The royalty fees for travelstock44 images depend on our sales partner’s price lists.
You can check the prices on Alamy database or german Fotofinder.net after registration and log-in.
Please check Alamy help or Photofinder help for more information. Licensing fees depend on size, use and media of publishing.
When ordering images directly from travelstock44 the current prices of Alamy are mandatory for international clients. German clients can use the current MFM price lists of Mittelstandsgemeinschaft Foto Marketing supplied by the BVPA in case of no other confirmed written arrangement.
For travelstock44 image fees, please refer to the respective price lists after registration and login at Alamy database (English) or Fotofinder.net (German).
When images are obtained directly from travelstock44/Juergen Held via email or shipping, the current prices of the Mittelstandsgemeinschaft ( MFM ) are considered agreed upon, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All images on the websites of travelstock44/Juergen Held are protected by copyright under German and international law. Any use is subject to a fee, which is calculated according to the current rates of the Mittelstandgemeinschaft (MFM) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The layout, web design, source code and content are subject to copyright.
In case of unauthorized use of images, damages will be claimed, subject to the usage fee.
Five times the usual MFM fee is claimed. The terms and conditions of travelstock44/Juergen Held apply exclusively. By downloading the image data via Fotofinder and Apis, the terms and conditions of Travelstock44.de/Jürgen Held automatically become legally binding.
